Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (T&C) govern all transactions concluded on the SHEAIMS website. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&C by the customer.

• Products and Availability

SHEAIMS offers makeup and cosmetic products for sale. • Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. Photographs are intended to be as accurate as possible but have no contractual value. • Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability after ordering, the customer will be informed and refunded within 14 days.

• Pricing

Prices are displayed in MAD including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. • SHEAIMS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation. • Any customs duties or local taxes (for deliveries outside the standard zone) remain the customer's responsibility.

• Order and Payment

• Validation: The order is final once the customer has clicked the confirmation button and completed payment. A confirmation email will be sent. • Payment: Payment is made by Credit Card, bank transfer, mobile payment, or cash on delivery. Payment is secured by a data encryption protocol.

• Delivery

• Zones: We deliver throughout the Kingdom of Morocco. • Delays: Delivery times are indicated when ordering. SHEAIMS cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. • Receipt: The customer must check the condition of the goods upon receipt. In case of damaged product, the customer must contact us within 24 hours.

• Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. • Hygiene exception: Due to the nature of the products (cosmetics), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed, opened, or used by the consumer after delivery for hygiene and health protection reasons. • Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of error on our part.

• Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant delivered products.

• Personal Data

SHEAIMS is committed to protecting customer personal data. This data is used only for order processing and, if the customer accepts, for sending newsletters.

• Intellectual Property

All elements of the SHEAIMS site (logos, texts, visuals, graphics) are the exclusive property of the brand. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
